Do I Need An HMO Licence Under New Regs Due 01 Oct 18?
I have three tenants sharing a three-bed house under a single AST. Each tenant is named on the AST. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are obviously shared.
Two are in a relationship.
The three tenants have stated that they tend to eat together as "one household".
Do I need to register the house as an HMO under the upcoming regulations to be implemented on 01 Oct?
If not, would the picture change if the three tenants sublet with my permission to a fourth person?
