Morning all. I rent an HMO and have three tenants at the moment. All bills (gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, council tax and water) are included in their rent. They have received a letter regarding a TV licence. One of the tenants has said it is my responsibility to pay for this! I did not supply a TV therefore I consider that to be the responsibility of the tenants who have a TV. A tenant who has left had a TV licence, but took her TV with her. Now the ones left are saying I must pay for a TV licence. Is this the case please?

Thank you.
