Non Paying Tenants - Next Steps
We’ve had a long history with a particular tenant struggling to pay rent and more recently not paying rent at all. (Currently 3 months in arrears). We have already issued Section 21 and Section 8 notices. The tenants say they are on waiting list for a house from the council but they cannot give us a firm dat for moving.
We feel we need to move to the next stage in order to regain possession of our property and recover outstanding rent.
Please can you advise on the options we have to go to the next stage?
