Has any other Landlord who is supplying Bed and Breakfast to housing benefit clients had there Rent reduced by 9% on any new Housing Benefit claims within Greater Manchester.
Has anybody any idea how the Rent Service calculate the local reference Rent for Bed and Breakfast I have been told by them that in a Locality which basically is from Didsbury to Middleton to Salford over to Irlam the average cost of Bed and Breakfast is 15.71 per night, although the mapping area for the locality as well as what evidence they have to support this is not available at present to the general public not a very transparent system they have decided to operate.

I would be very interested on anyone`s view on this subject and any info R S L may hold or have I missed any Documents the Rent Service may have posted at recent meetings.
