could you please advise me on a position I find myself
My mortgage says the property is not to be let on a multiple occupancy basis as defined in section 254/259 of the Housing act 2004
I have been approached by 2 unrelated people who would like to rent my two bed semidetached house
Under the standard test Would HMO be based on two unrelated people sharing basic amenities
Basically would you class 2 unrelated people sharing two bedroom house sharing amenities be classed as an HMO
