Morning, I have a long term tenant in situ who needs to move his parents in with him for 4 months. I would therefore be tempted to issue an occupiers permission letter to attach to the existing tenancy as they will not be making any financial payments. Is there a standard letter for this or am I approaching this entirely wrongly please? The landlords give total approval for the parents to move in
