Prescribed documents re deposit protection
New tenancy commenced on 3.9.18 and signed agreement, inventory, condition of property etc obtained when handed over. Deposit protected on 20.9.18 and documents served by email to tenant included Dep Cert/Prescribed Info/What is tenancy deposit leaflet, gas/electric/legionella certs - requested read receipt and acknowledgement but not received. Chased by email and text on 1.10.18 and 15.10.18. Email received from tenant on 15.10.18 using same email address about another matter with the property but still no acknowledgement - what is the legal position regarding this?
