Our letting agent has just completed a mid term inspection report on a rented property. They have noted the tenant has changed taps in the bathroom and supplied a photo. There are now two different taps on the bathroom sink and it looks absolutely ridiculous .
The tenants have also installed a pull up bar in the property.
One of the bedrooms has also been painted.
No permission to do so was given by us for any of these things.
Given that the tenants are in the middle of an AST how should i best proceed in addressing these issues?
