I have tenants in ground floor flat who are suffering noise nuisance from the flat above. The cause is a young child stomping back & forth for long spells at all times of the day on wooden floors. The flat is tenanted through an Agent acting on behalf of the actual flat owner. All of the flats on this estate are under a Head Lease managed by a Residents Association.
Are there any avenues open to me to oblige any remedial action from the owner?
