Granny flat in an unoccupied house - could I rent it for 4 months or so?
My house sale has just fallen through in Birmingham. Still thinking of selling if market picks up once Brexit over.
Is it feasible/realistic to try and avoid it being totally empty and losing money by renting out the Granny Flat alone for a very short period - just so the house is occupied?
I'm thinking no-one would want to rent the whole house for such a short period, bu maybe the Granny flat (no separate entrance)
