what to look for when hiring a management company
I have several rented units which I have managed for over 15 years.
I am considering using a local but hopefully reputable management company to deal with the management
I am not considering a package which includes marketing the flats, as i believe local agents have an advantage over any local maintenance company undertaking letting as well. I am right to think in these terms?
Can anyone help as to how i go about the recruitment process and what to look out for and make sure is in the management contract. How do i make sure the proper maintenance is being undertaken and i am not paying an arm and a leg for shoddy maintenance? What is the going rate for maintenance agreements in London, properties all in north London
