Hi,

Given that many/ most landlords are taking approx. 6 weeks up front now, how is/ can this be relected in the RLA contract if I don't want to take a deposit?
Can the contract at (i) be amended to say "Tick the box to show you agree to us taking 2.5 months rent in advance at the start of the tenancy. One month is for the first rent period and the other is a payment to cover THE SUCEEDING PERIOD. You must then make each following payment one calendar month (or as shown above)before the start of the rental period to wich the payment relates....."

Thanks very much,
Regards, Carol Ajegbo
