A and B are each given a copy of a tenancy agreement (starting from the same date) which states it is for the whole property but each of the agreements shows only their own name & signature respectively.

(1) Can this be a valid joint AST even though there is not an single signed agreement showing both names or will it be treated as individual agreements ?

(2)If the agreements cannot be regarded as a single joint agreement I presume they will each be valid as individual agreements with a right to occupy the whole property ?
