I own 4 BTL properties and after 25 years I am now looking to sell also the fixed mortgages are coming to an end. My question relates to CGT and the most tax efficient way to dispose of these properties. i.e. should I put them all on the market in the same tax year or would it be better if I sold them one by one in separate tax years. What difference would this make?
