Hi,
I have recently advertised a property to rent and subsequently received a viewing enquiry via text.. all great apart from the text was in Spanish?
I just thought this was a little odd as the property is in the UK and my name doesn't look remotely Spanish so just wondered if anyone else thought this a bit bizarre?

This also made me think if their English isn't great (so not confident enough to text in English) would I be able to explain the legalities around the tenancy agreement, deposit etc so they understood fully?
Also if I did agree to let them have the property, if there were possible disputes in the future, could they claim that they didn't understand therefore not responsible?
Do they have the right to expect all documentation in English and Spanish?

Or am I just worrying unnecessarily?
thanks..
