We have tenants who have been in occupation for almost 12 months, during this time the tenant damaged the property by driving into the conservatory in his vintage rolls Royce this damage has now been fixed under the tenants insurance. The landlord has not asked that we approach the tenant and ask for a further deposit. is this reasonable what is your advice please
