BUYING LAND IN PERSONAL OR LTD COMPANY NAME FOR VAT CLAIMBACK REASONS
I AM BUYING LAND NEXT WEEK, NOT SURE IF I SHOULD BUY IN PERSONAL OR LTD COMPANY NAME.
I WILL BE BUILDING A HOUSE TO LIVE IN, THEN RENT OR SELL AND SPENDING A LOT ON MATERIALS. THERE IS AN EXISTING SINGLE STOREY BUILDING THERE AT THE MOMENT.
I WANT TO SAVE TAX FOR MY DAUGHTER'S FUTURE ALSO.
WOULD I HAVE TO PAY 3% STAMP DUTY ON THE PURCHASE?
