Hi. I have carbon monoxide detectors and mains wired smoke alarms with battery back up but am wondering if heat sensors (in kitchens) are now compulsory? My student houses are not HMOs as they have 5 sharers but are on two floors so are not licensed but I'd be interested to know if they are compulsory in HMOs and non HMOs.
Thanks
