The best way to handle getting payment for damages
we have recently sent our ex-tenant a run down of all the costs mentioned in the inventory clerks report when she left our property. We have had no response and she is also not replying to the agent who says he is ringing her and emailing her. What would be the best way forward, trying to avoid arbitration?
