Hi, this is my first post. Any advice would be helpful.
My Agent has found a retired couple to rent my property. They have just sold their home. The wife's references have come back fine, but it transpires the husband's has failed due to a CCJ. I'm told that he will pay (all) his debts with the proceeds from his property sale and will pay a year's rent upfront. This is the only information I have been given. Am I right to be cautious?
