211 Thanks

Good morning! I am sure I read somewhere that room sizes were part of the "FFHH" legislation. I have delightful long term tenants who have produced a boy and a girl, now 10 and 8 yrs old, They share a small bedroom with bunk beds. Barking and Dagenham passed the property in October last year.
I am concerned that the boy and girl (approaching puberty) should not be allowed to share the bedroom. Would I fall foul of this new act in any way?
Any advice appreciated, thank you.
