To self manage or fully manage?
Hello All I could do with a bit of advice.
There are two parts to this question :)
Part 1 - Currently I have two properties which are full managed I am thinking about going self managed. The fees are quite steep but as I am fully employed I am worried about the additional workload if I self manage? Are there any fully employed landlords who can give me some advice?
Part 2 - I am not long off retiring (yipeee). I assume most retired landlords use a fully managed service to avoid the hassle and aggravation. So a I assume the advice would be to use a managed service after retirement?
