Part buy part rent
I have a tenant that would like to buy the property I rent to them, I do not think they have quite enough income to buy the whole of the property. I was not thinking of selling particularly but do have a building project on the horizon so a cash injection would be useful in the near future. To their credit in the six years they have been with me they managed to save £20k and I admire them for that much. As I said I think the property may be slightly over budget for them and I wondered are there any schemes out there where a private landlord can do a part sale part let like a shared ownership deals? any advice on such schemes would be most welcome
