Flat fire safety risk assessment

We have a flat in a purpose built block. The common areas, including flat front doors, have undergone a fire safety risk assessment (organised by the managing agent for the freeholder), but this risk assessment did not include the inside of the flats. Do I need to carry out a risk assessment of the inside and is there a form to use? The form in the RLA fire safety section indicates that it is not applicable for flats in purpose built blocks, so I don't know what form to use.
