Client Money Protection
With the new Client Money Protection law that is coming in, I use www.mydeposits.co.uk to register all my tenants deposits. Is this sufficient?
In addition, I have a joint venture with an investor, where we have a joint bank account and all rent, mortgage interest and maintenance costs are paid out of this bank account.
I am registered with The Property Ombudsman and the ICO.
