Student wishing to stay on for another year
I have a mature student who wishes to stay in my property for a second year. Her current agreement is the RLA Room only AST with Depositguard fixwd for 12 months from September 1st 2018.
Would it be in my best interest to keep the original agreement and let it become a periodic agreement or issue a new tenancy agreement agreement altogether. If the later is best how early can I do that?
