I have just read on the forum that bankrupts are not allowed to sign tenancy agreements. Is this just during the period of the bankrupcy, i.e. untill they are discharged or for all time. Secondly, what if a tenant becomes bankrupt during a tenancy, does this mean that their tenancy cannot be renewed? Many thanks in advance for any clarrification
