Letting to a company
Hello, I am considering letting a property to a company, it's a well established non-profit company that provides houses for people with learning disabilities living with a 24 hour carer. I do understand that an AST could not be used, and that Section 21 would not apply. Does anyone have experience of this sort of thing? I'm basically looking for the pros and cons, things to consider before making a decision one way or the other?
