I am in a dispute with Hamptons about what I regard as their unfair commission for renewing existing tenancy agreements. They recently sent me an email with the following statement about a 'post-Foxtons' judgement

"You may be interested to hear that a case has just been tried at the
Winchester County Court where a Landlord was citing that the renewal
commissions were unfair pursuant to the Unfair terms in Consumer
Contracts Regulations 1999. This case was tried and the Judge ordered
the Landlord to pay all renewals fees due on the property and costs
incurred."

I can't find any mention of this case anywhere on-line. Can anyone give me a link to a description?
