Good morning, Does anyone have experience with a Deed of Surrender document please? I have written before asking for advice regarding my experiences with my tenants who have not paid rent for over 30 weeks.
I went to Court on March 21st and the judge promised me a court order within seven days. However this is still on going.
They keep asking for money and promising to go. When I refused last time, over Easter they threw paint on my car. Other people are desperate for accommodation but can't move in until they ae re out. What do you think. DPT offered advice on this. Thank you
