Recently a tentant distroyed 3 new carpets within a property and poorly redecorated 2 rooms, this was taken to the Dispute Resolution Team who found in the tenants favour as damage was not relavent to the tenant, where do we go now we supplied all evidence of the damage the claim has been mishandled by the DPS and they have not taken into account the damage the tenant has done which as a result all carpets had to be replaced because the tenants children got paint on the carpets not just small drops but actually put the wet rollers on the floors how can these people confirm this was not the tenants doing?
Where can I go now with this.
