Hi,
The tenants in the house I am buying have their own cooker out of choice (the current owners cooker was moved to a spare bedroom).
The existing gas safety check expires a week after the intended completion date.
Where do I stand regarding their cooker? Can I let them keep using it instead of us providing one?
Do we need to get it checked?
My thought is to let them keep using it, and to pay for the safety check, as it's probably cheaper than getting a new induction type oven.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
M
