My tenant is more than six months in arrears with her rent and I have issued a section 21 notice for her to vacate two months from the issue. Is it worth me sueing her for the rent arrears. It is most unlikely that I will get it but by taking her to court it would show on her record and stop her doing it somewhere else?
Universal Credit kept me hanging around, having said that they would be paying me but after a month of waiting they then told me that they would not be paying. Is there anything I can do about this?
It would be a good idea if you had a section where we could post our experiences, good or bad with tenants, so that future landlords would have access to their record.
