I have received a demand from Anglian Water to complete a form and/or arrange a plumbing compliance inspection at my rented house in Milton Keynes.
Some of the questions (concerning the use of water)I am unable to answer, as they would be more appropriate for the tenant.
While these regulations appear to have some relevance to a commercial or industrial situation, they appear to be ridiculous when applied to a domestic environment.
Where do I stand legally?
Will "I don't know" be accepted as an answer?
Who has the legal responsibility for this Myself or the tenant?
My tenants (who I want to keep) are Polish and would not understand.
