141 Thanks
A parent (Guarantor)whose daughter is sharing a 2 bed 2 story house with one other has insisted that I should have fire extinguishers in the house and is currently giving me grief about this.

In all my properties (2 bed flats, 2 bed houses, and one 4 bed house)I have a fire Blanket in the Kitchen, battery operated fire alarms and carbon dioxide detectors but no fire doors.

At the moment none of the properties require a licence although I think this will change shortly.

I would be grateful for your advice.
