Please might you advise whether I have used the correct procedure to lawfully evict a tenant.

On 1 July I served a section Notice on joint tenants using the sole ground of rent arrears (two months in arrears). I thought I was clear (using RLA guidance) that, after two weeks, I should then complete Forms N5 and N119. However, in a moment of weakness I instead completed a Possession Claim Online which does not specify form numbers.

Will this suffice, or should I also do the N5 and N119?

Your advice would be much appreciated.
