Hello, my drunken tenant from hell who I have applied for a evition warrant and still waiting for a date over two weeks to get the bailliffs to put him out. I have been informed he may have another young drunk now living in the house. As I have gone through the legal process with the tenant how do I stand over this young man who is not the tenant or on the RLA agreement. Could he say he is a squatter and the tenant move back in with him knowing it would take some time to go through the legal system again to get both out? Any advice to get possession of my house as fast as possible would be appreciated.

Mant Thanks, Joe.
