Dear Sirs,

I write today for some general advice.

We currently manage a property on behalf of a Private Landlord, however the tenant has called out our heating engineers on a number of occasions.

We have been informed by our Contractor on each occasion that there is no problem with the boiler. The tenant has fully functioning heating and hot water.

The tenant has informed the contractor that she wants individual thermostats on each radiator in the house to lower the heating, and the tenant is unprepared to turn any radiator off.

Is the Landlord legal responsibility to provide such thermostats to regulate the temperature? Or would this be something that the tenant could provide for herself as it is personal prefernece?

Thanking you in advance.
