Tenants signed tenancy agreement, landlord hasn't, legally binding contract?
We have a situation whereby some tenants whom have signed for a property and were due to move in on the 01/07/2009 have not paid any rent and are saying they cannot afford to pay any rent until September.
They have signed their section of the agreement, the landlord has not signed his section. With this in mind are we within our rights to re-let the property to a new group or do we have to let the property to the original group who cannot pay the rent?
