Hi,

The RAL Tenancy agreement that I have in place with my tenant ended on 13 October and I had served a Section 21 notice on 13 August. I am keen for him to move out asap, but just before he was due to move out he said that his new property had "fallen through" and requested that he stay for an extra 2 weeks. Although not happy I had little choice but he did pay for the extra 2 weeks.

My question is will I need to issue another Section 21 notice, or can I apply for eviction order immediately?
