CAN I REFUSE SOMEONE ON HOUSING BENEFIE WHETHER OR NOT THEY ARE DISABLED?
One enquiry I have had for a recent property is from a woman who is claiming Housing Benefits of some type which I am not sure.
I have clearly stated that I do not accept Housing Benefit in my advert, but she is consistantly texting and ringing me and has now started ringing the agents.
Am I legally obliged to have to accept her because she says she is 'disabled'.
The point I have made to her is that I do not accept Housing Benefit in any shape or form.
Any help here would be massively appreciated.
