Hi,
My query is about possible ways to enforce some stipulations stated in your tenancy agreement.
I have already been advised about the tenant's missing payments (thanks), but also reading the contract I have seen that unfortunately I have earlier on verbally allowed , although not in writing, a dog (A 6) and a motorcycle (C2) in the property (allegedly for a short time for repair).
The first question is, can I withdraw these permissions and if so in what time scale , and also are there ways to enforce this if I am not allowed to enter the premises? (A general query about the must and must nots )
