Anyone had any experience of this one.....

If you serve a s21 on a DSS tenant, the council go all into a flap coz they've got no where to rehouse them. They ring you up and ask, nicely, if the tenant can stay.

However, if the tenant has slipped sufficiently into arrears for you to evict her (or him) under a mandatory s8 notice, especially because she forgot to hand over a couple of months hb to the poor landlord, is the council obliged to re-house her?
