Dear Sirs,

I have a tenant who pays her rent punctiliously but whom has (1) cried off at least one specific non-working day appointment for a gas safety inspection, which appointment was pre-notified to her after she had repeatedly failing to take up an invitation to negotiate access directly with the heating engineer concerned and (2) ignored two letters (both letters posted 3x respectively by ordinary first class, proof of posting first class and recorded delivery first class )explaining the purpose of the proposed inspection visit and that her family's safety depended on an inspection taking placed).

Given that she has ignored all text/ voice message attempts to make appointments I am reluctant to turn up unannounced because of the potential for being perceived as harrassing her.

The inspection is now two months overdue.

What would you recommend I do to resolve the situation?
