I can't see the point of not being able to read the answers that are entered from the Rla helpdesk. One of the benefits of the forum is to help members. If an answer is not for public use then I can not see the point of entering it in the Forum, with a 'sorry' you can't read this useful information. Surely, if the member who asks the question does not want the reply to be printed then they should have the anwswer sent directly to themselves. How is the 'default' set? Can the default be that all answers are printed on the forum unless the members raising the question says otherwise. If they say otherwise then a reply goes straight to the members and nothing appears on the Forum. What say you?
