Bad credit report tenants

We have a retired couple interested in our property. They want to pay the whole 6 months up front. Our concern is that when the credit report was run on them by the agents, they advised us that if they weren't paying 6 months up front they wouldn't recommend them as tenants due to whatever their credit file revealed.

Our concern now is whether to accept them or not. We don't want the scenario in 6 months time that they may not leave and we have to get the courts involved or they try to renew and struggle to pay.

Any comments or opinions will be greatly received! Thank you.
