Selling a tenanted property at auction
I have decided to sell one of my properties which has tenants on an Assured Shorthold Agreement.
Do I have to inform the tenants that I am seeling the property with them in it?
Also Do I have to let the letting agency know my plans?
Any advice gratefully received
