Tenants in process of doing a runner, do I go for possession first or just for arrears
I plan to use a tracing company to find them as they obviously have not given a forwarding address.
I expect they will not challenge me for illegal eviction because once they have gone, then they will not be back.
So do I need to get a possession order in order to pursue them for the rent arrears and damage, or do I just take them to court in another way?
