What size is a big player?
Would you say that a small player has anything up to say 25 properties, medium = 25 to 50 and a big player has 50+ or would you base this on the capital value.
Also, I read recently that small players are forecast to Cut and Run over the next year, with the larger players consolidating their debts and buying more - have any of you a view on this - How do you see the markets moving?
And finally, as your portfolio's increase, are you finding mortgage lenders are being more flexible towards you????
