I have issued my tennants a Section 21 as i want repossession of the house. This was given in goodtime before the end of the tenancy. Now they are saying that i will have to obtian a court order to evict them. So after the 19/03/07 i will be completing the N5B form to get the courts to evict them. Here are my questions

1. What isthe cost of filing a N5B form to the county court?
2. Does anybody have a roughtime scale of when the date is set?
3. Do i need a solicitor in court to represent me?
4. If i have a solicitor will the process b any quicker in getting rid of these tennants
5. What is the process in court?
6. How manyt weeks would a judge generally let them stay there after court date?
7. What is the statement of truth?

If anybody can help
Thanks
